The WebDox conference is followed by three hands-on labs. You can participate in the whole programme (conference + 3 labs) or in the separate parts.
Docjam – Creative LAB
Documentary makers & producers, game developers & designers and digital peeps from mobile to open source with a dox interest jam together within the world of interactive, multimedia and online dox.
Docjam takes place in Leuven on Tuesday May 7. Participation fee is €100 (students pay €40), VAT excluded. There is an early bird deadline on April 21 with a reduced fee – final deadline to register is April 30.
Dox & Tech Lab
The world of coding is revealed to the documentary makers by a team of techies with a soft spot for dox.
This lab takes place in Leuven on May 8 and 9. Participation fee is €180 (students pay €100), VAT excluded. There is an early bird deadline on April 21 with a reduced fee – final deadline to register is April 30.
Doc Hot House – Development Lab
Docjam and Dox & Tech Lab will be followed by Doc Hot House. Eight teams develop their creative idea into a technically strong concept with a business model and distribution strategy supporting it.
This final lab takes place in Ghent from June 19 to 21. Participation fee is €350, VAT excluded. Deadline to register is May 31.

Participation fees include coffee breaks and lunches. This doesn’t include travel & accommodation. People who want to join the full programme (conference + three labs) pay €600 instead of €670 (VAT excl). Participants should register by sending an email to info@iDROPS.be together with a motivation, description of why you’d like to attend, and a short biography (in English). For the Development Lab, you also submit a brief description of your idea / project.
